I have nothing personal against Dr. N. Rajaram. His competencies have been well highlighted by himself. But he has no idea that his temperament is totally unsuited in PKDIMS. My question is, despite knowing that his other colleagues of PKDIMS Forensic Medicine, except one, are GHOST FACULTIES, how come a Forensic Doctor is willing to join and sign DECLARATION FORMS of GHOST FACULTIES, as Head of Department of FORENSIC MEDICINE?
What are the MEDICOLEGAL and ETHICAL CONUNDRUMS of a FORENSIC DOCTOR in taking part in such FRAUD? Not only in his department, but many other departments are facing same Ghost Faculty issues. As a Forensic Doctor, will he lend credence to SUCH MALPRACTICES by joining a group that never wants to change its mentality regarding Human Resources management and misleading authorities by misrepresentations and forgery?
And how come DM Wayanad Institute of Medical Sciences, Wayanad, Kerala, is releasing Dr. Rajaram from their service, if he is so CLEAN? Because I remember Gopakumaran Kartha saying that no Faculty, of a private Medical College in Kerala, can join another Medical College that comes under the Consortium of Private Medical Colleges in Kerala headed by Chairman of Nehru Group of Institutions (NGI), Advocate Dr. P. Krishna Das (unfortunately behind bars now). This means that even the Consortium of Private Medical Colleges of Kerala also support such anti- Students and anti- Faculty atrocities, practised and perpetuated at NGI and PKDIMS? Dr. Azad Moopen Sir, Chairman and Managing Director, Aster DM Healthcare managing DM Wayanad Institute of Medical Sciences, is a Gentleman and cannot be compared in any manner to the Chairman, NGI. My question is how can such Consortiums decide on Pay Scales and Service Conditions of Faculty in contravention to Constitutional safeguards of Articles 14, 19 and 21? How have the Government Regulatory bodies ignored such blatantly gross violation of Indian Medical Faculty rights?
Many may wonder how such news wafts through the breeze, straight from the horses mouths. Let me go on record, that there are teams, in different parts of India, all networked, of various categories of those who have undergone different degrees of torture in this wayward Indian Medical Education Business, studying such phenomenon of PREDATORY ACADEMIC TERRORISM through ORGANISED WHITE COLLAR MAFIA.
